That's right, mentally unstable Pratt was arrested on September 11th (Ironic?) leaving Costa Rica back to the U.S. with felony possession of a firearm. You heard it people lock your doors, don your kevlar vests the arguably most unstable person in the U.S. is armed, loaded and crossing borders!
I was hoping that with the Hills coming to an end these media-whores would drop off the face of the earth... one can dream :(
