It's no secret Miley Cyrus is not one of my favourite people in the world for a variety of reasons... this outfit doesn't help her that's for sure. Everything about this is wrong from her disheveled hair, ugly velvet coat and gherish accessories. Harsh? Well maybe a little but someone needs to say it. I would much rather see this girl dress her age, go to college and fall completely off the map!
