What a transformation!
Lisa Rinna the face previously synonymous with plastic surgery finally took the plunge and reduced her previously enhanced pout. Rinna stated the reason for the change was she no longer wanted her lip to define her also mentionning she previously had not known reduction was ever an option.
Good on you Lisa, from what I can tell this was a definite change for the better. Unlike another starlet who went under the knife to change her defining feature... Jennifer Grey of Dirty Dancing and now Dancing with the Stars. Grey is a perfect example of how a defining feature albeit a natural one gets you noticed. Unfortunately for Grey once she got her nose done she looked like a completely different person, erasing all her previous work of getting her name out there.
